2024 Subaru Crosstrek
Subaru Canada’s best-selling vehicle receives a total redesign for the 2024 model year encompassing not only all-new styling, but a chassis that is a whole 10 per cent stiffer than before resulting in better handling and a quieter, smoother ride.
The frameless hexagonal grille and slimmer headlights look sharp, as do the athletic body panels and aggressive all-over black cladding. Functional vents installed behind the forward wheels and on the back bumper help stabilize air and keep the crossover planted. In the cabin, revised driver and passenger seats are stated to increase comfort and reduce fatigue.
Engine choices remain a pair of four-cylinder options depending on trim level — either a 2.0 litre on the base Convenience and Touring or 2.5 litre for Onyx and Limited, mated to a CVT transmission. Sadly, a manual transmission is no longer sold.
2024 Range Rover Velar
Still in its first generation, the Range Rover Velar undergoes a mid-cycle refresh that the luxury automaker debuted to the world via a new account on social media platform TikTok.
In this unusual and unprecedented move, users were treated to visuals of the compact crossover’s reworked nose featuring smoother lines from the pared down jewel headlamps to the less busy front bumper. A modified rear diffuser and contrasting dark trim round out the exterior updates. Inside, a single floating 11.4-inch curved glass touchscreen serves as the infotainment control centre.

2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe 20th Anniversary Edition
Jeep Brand is celebrating two decades of Rubicon with the release of a Rubicon 4xe 20th Anniversary package boasting a host of cool cosmetic and performance upgrades.
The plug-in hybrid wears an electric blue 20th Anniversary hood decal, exclusive swing gate plaque and shifter medallion. Helping it tackle the unknown is a half-inch suspension lift, triple-hoop grille guard, steel bumpers, 17×7.5-inch beadlock-capable wheels shod in 33-inch BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires, front off-road camera and more. A similar package is offered on the 392 model as well.
Rubicon originally began as an internal underground project when a small group of engineers sought to create an off-road focused variant. In 2002, a production version was introduced to the world at Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah.
Ram 1500 Revolution BEV Concept Shortens Name
Stellantis has finally confirmed the official name of the manufacturer’s forthcoming zero emissions pickup: the Ram 1500 REV.
Viewers got a glimpse of the battery electric vehicle in a 60-second Big Game commercial starring actor Jason Jones, who in the video helps address some concerns potential EV truck owners may have. At the 0:49 second mark, the REV can be seen zooming down a backroad followed by some beauty shots of the dash.
